Your registration fee entitles you to:

• Access to all general and concurrent scientific sessions
• Entry to the conference exhibition
• Coffee breaks and daily lunch
• Official certificate of attendance, subject to attendance record

Online registration remains open until 25 January 2027. After this date, onsite registration will be available at the conference venue from 28 January 2027, with applicable onsite fees.

• Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.
• If payment is made within 10 days prior to the event, proof of payment or a letter of guarantee is required to access the late registration rate.
• If payment is not received 10 days before the event, the organizer reserves the right to cancel your pre-registration. Onsite registration will remain available.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to dina@imedidea.com.

• On or before 25 December 2026: 100% refund, minus an administrative fee of SR 375 (USD 100).
• After 25 December 2026, 23:00 : No refund. A 100% cancellation fee applies.
• In the event of conference postponement due to force majeure, your registration remains valid for the rescheduled date. Should you request a refund in this case, an administrative fee of SR 190 (USD 50) plus applicable bank charges will apply.
• The organizer is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants in the event of cancellation or postponement.
